PIANOCYCLE 30-Day Warranty Policy

At PIANOCYCLE, we understand the importance of a smooth piano experience and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Every piano we deliver comes with a 30-Day Warranty to provide peace of mind with your new acquisition.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your piano, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 30 days of delivery. You can choose to exchange your piano for another from our online inventory, or opt for a full refund of the delivery fee.

2. Coverage: Our warranty covers any mechanical issues or defects which impact the playability of the piano, arising from normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or natural disasters.

3. Claims: To claim under the warranty, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We may require you to provide proof of the defect, such as photographs or video.

4. Transportation Costs: In case of a return or exchange, any transportation costs involved will be taken care of by PIANOCYCLE as long as the piano is within 30 miles of Minneapolis and the piano is located on the main level of the home.

5. Limitations: This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser from the date of delivery and is non-transferable. The piano must be within 30 miles of Minneapolis and on the main level of your home to qualify for this warranty. Areas outside this radius or homes with stairs may be subject to additional charges.
